Recently I have noticed that I gained weight. My beloved pair of jeans were very tight, instead of loose. My cheecks rounded. My belly was not that flat as previously. I was aware that I gotta do something with it. I didn’t want it to get worst. Nonetheless, I already was aware that I will not be able to resign from tasty food. I love food and I genuinely think that my life with no good food would be sad. I can’t be on diet. I just can’t. In consequence, I knew that instead of diet, I gotta to focus on something else – doing sport.
Nevertheless, it was not such an easy decision. I didn’t really know what kind of sport would be best for me. I was playing volleyball and basketball when I was younger, but I didn’t love it. Now, I was hoping to find something I would love so every training could be a real pleasure, not a commitment. I was hoping to get inspired by one of my friends or family members.

Plenty of of my friends like running. I need to admit that I am pretty jealous when I was watching them finishing marathons. Nonetheless, it looks a bit too hard for me. I love watching people running, but when I try to run myself, it is not so nice anymore. I did that this Monday and I just knew that I would not love it.
My close friend was trying to encourage me for swimming. I can swim. I was swimming a lot when I was younger. Nevertheless, I think that I might be a little too old for that already. I certainly, don’t mean swimming. Nonetheless, all of these things that are connected with swimming – you gotta dry your hair after training, you have to take your time to arrive and return from the swimming pool as they are not located in many district. I know it may sound like exaggerating, but I plainly felt I have to keep on looking for some other sport.
Thereafter, when I was still looking for an inspiration, I saw an ordinary man on custom fixie bike. I really loved this! It was so amazing and trendy. I decided to try it. At first I rent a bike for a few days, just to check if it will be a sport I would like to do on a regular basis. When I notice that I love this sport, I decided to buy my ladies city bike. I became so passionate about cycling, that I not only lost weight, by also was able to convince my my partner to buy one of these trendy mens city bike too. At this moment, regularly we do many around our town on our bikes. We are fully fit couple!
